25-0135- Repair Fire Alarm B570 CENTCOM; MacDill AFB, FL

The work includes removing and replacing the Fire and Mass alarm systems for building 570 and installing new fire alarm mass notification systems and incidental related work. This requires all initiating and notification mass and fire alarm devices to be removed from serviced and replaced. When systems are specified, this entails the entirety of the components to provide a fully functional assembly at the end of the project.

Site visit 05/28/26 8am after the GC Meeting in the Conference Room, Bldg. 30.

RFI's due to ABBA by 4pm 05/03/26.

26-0002- Repair SOCOM HVAC Cooling Towers B493; MacDill AFB, FL

The work includes rebuilding three cooling towers, rehabilitating outdoor condensing water piping and installing a small hoist to assist in removing the strainer lids and incidental related work.

Site visit 05/20/26 9am after the GC meeting in Bldg. 30 Conference Room.

RFI's due to ABBA by 4pm 05/28/26.

22-0015- Repair HVAC Chiller B376; MacDill AFB, FL

Scope of work: The work includes the replacement of the existing chiller along with various hydronic components and incidental related work.

Site visit is 05/21/2026 8am after the GC meeting in Main Conference room of Bldg. 30.
