NEW LINKS FOR ARCH, CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS UPLOADED 01/29/2026

Project site is on an approximate 9-acre property area located on the north side of W. Lumsden Road, approximately 600 feet west of Parsons Avenue between Parsons Ave. and Woodview Drive. Project includes a new approximate 25,000 square foot Library Building, expandable to 35,000 square feet, and all associated on-site and off-site improvements and infrastructure. Additionally, there are 7 alternates that can be awarded in the County's best interest.
