17-1581- Renovate Hangar N; Cape Canaveral Space Force, FL

The scope is to provide a solid exterior by replacing the windows, repairing the hangar doors and view panels, replacing the egress doors, sealing cracks in the walls, replacing the roofs on the wings and high bay, and adding a fresh coat of Polyurethane type textured coating to provide a watertight finish.

The only interior work to be accomplished will be to remove the X-ray facility, the sprinkler system, electrical panels attached and any other attachments to the walls of the X-ray facility.

Some Asbestos or lead abatement may be required on the exterior of the building to replace the windows, roof and repair the Hangar doors.

Remove all exterior ladders and replace them with OSHA compliant ladders with fall restraint system.

Remove and replace exterior lighting, lightning protection, eyebrows, glass blocks on all exterior walls.

Remove and replace soffit, downspouts, gutters and fascia with stainless steel.

Remove and replace metal louvers. 8. Restore vision panels. Replace with impact resistant opaque panels.

Remove and replace all windows including glass block.

Remove canopy including columns, brackets, beams, roof deck and flashing.

25-0077- Repair Fire Alarm System Multi.; MacDill AFB, FL

Amendment 1 issued 07/03/06- changed the site visit, RFI date and proposal due date.

The work includes removing and replacing the fire alarm systems for buildings 359 and 529 and installing new fire alarm mass notification systems and incidental related work. This includes all initiating and notification devices.

Site visit 07/10/26 10am after the GC meeting in Bldg. 30.

RFI's due to ABBA by 4pm 07/16/26.

21-1553- Renovate Hangar AF; Cape Canaveral Space Station, FL

Scope of work: Renovate Hangar AF, including replacement of building systems including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, Telecommunications, etc. Update the building envelope, including roof repairs, gutters and downspouts, exterior doors, hangar doors and recoating of exterior walls.

Site visit 07/14/26 10am- meet in the parking lot of Hangar AF.  Badges due to ABBA by 10am 07/07/26.

26-0008- Renovate Fire Station Kitchen; MacDill AFB, FL

The work includes the renovation of the kitchen of Building 107. The renovation will consist of the replacement of the kitchen hood, wall finishes, new casework, new plumbing fixtures, new lighting and incidental related work. When systems are specified, this entails the entirety of the components to provide a fully functioning assembly.

Site visit after the GC meeting 07/14/26 8am.

24-4619- Repair Bird Bath and Wash Rack; MacDill AFB, FL

The site visit scheduled on 06/24 has been cancelled.  No new date has been provided.
