Scope of work: comprehensive interior renovation of Building 1605. Theobjective is to update the facility's architectural finishes, MEP systems, and data infrastructure tocreate safe, code-compliant, and functional office spaces. This project is Phase II of Building 1605 interior renovation and will finalize the facility as a complete administrative space that adheres to tenant requirements. All work shall be done in accordance with safety, electrical, andfire protection codes, as well as current industry standards, publications, and regulations.
