Scope of work: Includes the removal and replacement of the precast concrete panel joints, sealing the cracks on the precast concrete panels, removal and replacement of the sealant and of the windows and doors, removal and replacement of weather stripping at doors, replacement of the gutters and downspouts and incidental related work.
