This project requires the contractor to procure, install, and commission a new Or-Tec “Constant Current Grit System” (CGS200) from, which is a combined rag and grit removal system at the headworks of the Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility (RWWTF). The new system will replace the existing "JWC Muffin Monster" rag removal and “Pista-Grit” grit removal systems, with a new comprehensive and innovative rag and grit removal system.
