24-0057- Repair HVAC DX Units B149; MacDill AFB, FL Bid Due Date: Thursday , 06/11/2026 at 04:00 pm

The work includes replacing the VRF system with a chilled water system, replacing the rooftop unit and several exhaust fans and incidental related work. Provide temporary office trailers for 40 personnel at a time. Provide bathroom facilities for the personnel working in the trailers. When systems are specified, this entails the entirety of the components to provide a fully function assembly.

Site visit 05/14/26 8am after the GC meeting- conference room in Bldg. 30.

RFI's due to ABBA by 4pm 05/21/2026.
