Scope of work:

The distance from the backflow assembly to the fire service connection point is approximately 132 ft. The work to be performed consists of providing all labor, equipment, and materials to:
• Demolish the below-grade piping leading up to the components inside the building. The remaining below grade pipe should be filled with flowable fill, prior to abandonment.
• Install a new 132 ft. (12-inch C-900 PVC) firewater main.
• Connect the new main to the existing backflow assembly and route it to the fire service connection point.
• Restore the site, including trenching, backfill, and asphalt pavement repair, to a condition that meets or exceeds the original construction standards.

Site visit 03/03/2026 9am- meet at Posiedon Wharf, NOTU Facility 1066; Cape Canaveral Space Station, FL- if a badge is needed, complete form and return by 02/25/26.
