Scope of work: The work includes the removal, repair, replacement, and/or installation of various building components at Buildings 18, 49, 70, 91, 103, 305, 524, 726, 924, 1707, 1708, 1736, 9240, 19021, and 8641. The project encompasses tasks such as the demolition and installation of new canopies, roofing systems, insulation, ceiling tiles, drywall, doors, and windows, as well as repairing and restoring damaged structural elements, finishes, and other building systems. The contractor will also be required to protect existing surfaces and ensure proper weatherproofing, sealing, and finishing throughout the project. All systems and materials specified must provide a fully functional assembly and meet all relevant codes and standards.

RFI's due to ABBA by 4pm 07/31/25.
