Scope of work: for Buildings B5013 and B501 Section C that includes furnishing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the work including but not limited to; removing the existing roofing system and existing Lightning Protection System (LPS), providing new 3-ply modified bitumen roof membrane system, new lightning protection system, and all new components required to perform the new roofing work in accordance with the approved manufacturer’s installation instructions/recommendations.
