Scope of work: The work includes the selective demolition and replacement of interior and exterior finishes to enhance functionality and energy efficiency. This includes repairing portions of the standing metal seam roof, installing new doors, windows, fencing, ceiling tiles, flooring, and wall finishes, as well as applying anti-slip coating to sealed concrete surfaces. Additionally, weatherproofing measures such as caulking, weatherstripping, and the installation of a new awning and incidental related work will be completed per MacDill design standards.
