Work will consist of exterior site improvements and building demolition, as well interior reconfiguration to support Weather Squadron operations. Remove and replace all electrical (excluding pad mounted service transformer), plumbing, lightning protection, and fire protection systems. Retrofit and upgrade existing HVAC to accommodate office reconfiguration. Renovate bathrooms, repair existing roof, and renovate all flooring, wall coverings, doors, and windows. Provide rooftop access, support platform and safety rails as well as other features of work identified in the 45% concept design drawings and specifications.
