SJRSC- Chiller & Cooling Tower Replacement; Orange Park, FL Bid Due Date: Friday , 06/07/2024 at 04:00 pm

Scope of work: installation of a new water-cooled chiller, cooling tower, and primary chilled water pump to make the existing 700-ton chiller system N+1 redundant. If one piece of equipment breaks, the other equipment will still be able to handle the full load. The existing 350-ton chiller system will be demolished, and an air-cooled chiller system will be installed as part of this project to serve the campus in low-load and emergency conditions.
