23-0070- Repair HVAC System B18; MacDill AFB, FLBid Due Date: Monday , 05/13/2024 at 04:00 pm

Scope of work: Replacement of two air handling units, four split systems, chilled water pump, demolition of the heating hot water system including the boiler, hot water pump and all piping, insulation and hangers/supports and incidential related work. BID OPTION: Replace sprinkler heads throughout the facility, replace fire alarm devices and extend the existing mass notification system to the northern side of the facility.

Site visit on Tuesday April 9 at 10am

RFI's turned in to ABBA by 4pm Monday 04/15/24.
