Answers to RFI's and revised drawings

Scope:

The work includes Convert Ed Center for ALS B252 includes renovation of the 2nd floor of B252 to accommodate classrooms, offices, and break rooms required by the Airman Leadership School (ALS) and the Professional Development Center (PDEC). Work also includes renovation of the 1st floor of B252 to accommodate the academic offices that will be displaced by ALS and PDEC. The first-floor auditorium will be renovated into additional office spaces. Interior walls throughout B252 will be re-arranged, and electrical and HV AC systems will be modified accordingly. The sanitary sewer pipe and acid dilution pit previously used by a second-floor science laboratory will be removed in accordance with environmental requirements. A new auditorium and outdoor flagpole training area will be constructed at the northwest end of B252. Test and balance of the entire building's HV AC system will be conducted at the end of construction. and incidental related work.
