Scope of work: The work includes modification of the existing facility to house a new weapons system trainer. Work will include modification to the existing trainer foundation and below grade utility trenches. Modification to HVAC and electrical services for the new trainer and for new building addition. Additionally, existing Rooms 142 and 143 will be combined into a single computer room. Room 144 will be modified to become a mechanical room. A section of the fire protection piping will be replaced with a larger size and extended to the exterior of the facility.
