Scope of work: Renovation of a 13,000 sf building.  Renovations will occur with the building is occupied.  Repair, seal and paint exterior.  Repair or replace windows.

Code Compliance: installation of new upgraded and enlarged ADA restroom facilities, installation of fire sprinklers and components to meet codes.  Upgrade fire alarm system, Upgrade kitchen hood.

Removal of all finishes, equipment, and related components.

Replace HVAC equipment and related components needed or required for energy efficient systems as necessary, utilizing existing ductwork, piping, wiring, and/or controls

Removal and replacement of all existing lighting systems to meet code requirements.  Upgrade all low voltage to meet G6 standards, mass notification system, intercom system in drill hall, upgrade power, receptacles, switches and faceplates.

Installation fo new restroom fixtures, piping and related components to bring facilities to ADA compliance; female shower area required.

Upgrade ceiling tile and grid system, upgrade interior finishes, infill the window and roll-up door vault in room with CMU to match existing.
