23-0013- Repair HVAC B3541; MacDill AFB, FLBid Due Date: Monday , 08/28/2023 at 01:00 pm

Scope of work: Replacement of components on the roof top AC units, components of the air handling units in the mechanical rooms, multiple DX split systems, exhaust fans, variable air volume boxes, and associated components, testing, balancing, commissioning of the AC system, cleaning of the ductwork and electrical connections for new equipment.

RFI's due to ABBA by 4pm Tuesday 07/26/23.

Site visit 07/05/23 10am.
