Our success in the new construction, renovation, and facilities maintenance industries including, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Job Order Contract (JOC), Solution Order contract (SOC), Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) and design-build projects is the direct result of hard work, effective planning and coordination of efforts. ABBA Construction's past growth is the direct result of a commitment to excellence that we exhibit on each project, regardless of size. ABBA has a well-established reputation for managing labor forces and subcontractors. Corporate training programs enhance the morale and loyalty of the labor force and have led to marked increases in productivity on our projects. In our effort to "strive for excellence", we have sponsored Project Managers and Superintendents to continue their education through college assistance programs as well as supervisor and management seminars offered by the Association of General Contractors and R.S. Means. In their effort to serve, administration employees have attended continuing education classes and seminars that have dealt with employer hiring, (EEO) sexual harassment, worker's compensation, construction lien laws, and have developed a comprehensive employee manual for all ABBA personnel. Their service philosophy has fostered a "Team" approach with the operations personnel that has drastically reduced the "mushroom" effect many operation personnel suffer.
